Terms and conditions of sale

1. Purpose
These terms govern sales made on the Ysha online shop. Any order implies full acceptance of these terms.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) and converted for information in other currencies. Payment is made by card via a certified provider. The order is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
3. Orders and availability
Our pieces are produced in limited series. In case of unavailability after ordering, you will be informed and fully refunded. A confirmation email summarising your order is sent to you.
4. Delivery
Orders are shipped within 48 business hours. Fees and delivery times depend on the shipping zone and are shown before checkout. A tracking number is emailed to you upon shipment. Any customs duties remain the responsibility of the customer.
5. Returns and refunds
You have 14 days after receipt to return an unworn piece with its tags. The refund is made to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after receipt. See our detailed return policy.
Return policy6. Custom embroidery
Pieces embroidered with your initials or chosen text are made to order: they cannot be exchanged or refunded, except for manufacturing defects.
7. Personal data and cookies
Your data is used only to process your orders, inform you about them and, if you have consented, send you our newsletter. It is never sold to third parties other than payment and delivery providers. The shop uses essential cookies (cart, language, session). You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at Yshamodest@gmail.com.
